Spritzer Tinge LOL Challenge “Shake it. Say it. Win it” Contest


TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The Spritzer Tinge LOL Challenge “Shake it. Say it. Win it” Contest will run from 1 October 2019, 12:00am to 30 November 2019, 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Campaign Period shall be automatically disqualified.
  2. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens with NRIC and resides in Malaysia, except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies.
  3. To participate in the Campaign:
    1. Participants must purchase any Spritzer Tinge 500ml during the Contest Period.
    2. Scan the unique QR code found under the bottle cap (each cap comes with a unique QR code). This will lead the participant to the campaign microsite.
    3. Register online and choose your preferred category
    4. Shake to reveal your prize
  4. Each scan entitled to two (2) shakes and win only one (1) prize.
  5. For each shake, participants stand a chance to win prize base on the category chosen, the prizes details as below:
    1. Love Category
      • First Prize: Casio G Limited Couple Watch Set x 2
      • Second Prize: Romantic dinner for 2 at KL Tower x 10
      • Consolation Prize: PosiTINGE Gif-meme
    2. Luck Category
      • First Prize: RM 500 BOOST Credits x 10
      • Second Prize: RM 100 Uniqlo Fashion Voucher x 50

    3. Friendship Category
      • First Prize: The RIFT Virtual Reality Game Tickets for 4 pax x 5

    4. Fun Category
      • First Prize: MSI Gaming Laptop x 1
      • Second Prize: 2 Tickets to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park x 20

  6. A grand prize of Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ available for win, it applicable to all categories.
  7. All prizes awarded are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  8. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis.
  9. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
  10. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in this Campaign.
  11. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
  12. All entries become the property of Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd. By entering the Campaign, each participant consents to the Organiser’s privacy policy available on the Website. The Organiser collects each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest, notifying and announcing successful participants. The Organiser may disclose the participant’s personal information to other parties including those involved in administering the Campaign, notifying and announcing the successful participants, and advertising and PR agencies. If the participant does not provide the required personal information to the Organiser, the participant cannot enter the campaign.
  13. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Organiser via the Careline at 1800 88 3111 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company for their use.
  14. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
  15. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes.
  16. Organiser’s decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
