    I have called many times RHB Bank at this number 1800881166 and hold the phone for so long and number of times. Each time will required to hold so long for 15 minutes and the auto operator will tell you later that all customer service is busy at the moment and just hang off the phone and said good bye to you. This is office hour at 10.30am on 18th DEC till 11.25 am I have been calling.

    Regret to advise this is the worse credit card company service I have even received. Been member for Citibank , HSBC , Alliance Bank I have never encountered such problem at time need to hold yet the phone still answer to the needs.

    Please improve or else RHB credit card will be behind many banker as today market is so competitive.

    I encounter the same situation as stated above by Judy, and on top of that, a more worst situation, whereby I was charged almost every month, a RM50.00 for “exceed limit fee”, when my total bill is still below the approved limit. Numerous calls, tele-conversations and faxes since April 2009, I am still waiting for an official reply. This situation still persist till todate. I was told by one of their customer service officer that the “excess limit fee” is locked into their computer system & I have to call them every month to request for waiver. Just imagine every month, I have to encouter the same situation as stated above by Judy. I have even propose to them to give me a discount on full settlement amount and close my credit card account. I am still waiting for their reply since April 2009.
