The Contest is organized by L’Oreal Malaysia Sdn Bhd (L’Oreal) commencing from 16 July 2007 12.00am until 16 Aug 2007 11.59pm. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents above 12 years of age who are currently residing in Malaysia. This Contest is also open to all non-Malaysians, above 12 years of age and must be residing for at least 6 months in Malaysia from date of participation. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate family members, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and media agencies the Organizer and participating sponsors are not eligible to participate.

Rules of the Contest.
(i)The goal of the contest is to create your own Studio Line print advertisement using your own photo and the tools provided.
(ii) Prizes will be awarded to the most creative Studio Line print advertisment.

The followings are the prizes which will be awarded:

Prizes awarded shall be based on the Contestants’ profile provided during their initial registration.

Each winner is entitled to one prize only. Winners are not entitled to choose the colour and/or specifications of their prizes. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another without prior notice. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash

The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Only electronic entries via the Online Contest page are eligible. All other methods of entries will be disqualified.

Incomplete mailing address will be a reason for disqualification. The profile of a participant will be based on the information filled in the Registration page.

The judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence on the selection of winners will be entertained. In the event of a dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision.

The winners’ names will be published on Friendster Studio Line (http://www.friendster.com/studioline) within three (3) working days after the weekly closing date. Alternatively, winners’ names will be published via email to all participants.

All prizes will be mailed to winners 30 days from the date of notification. Winners must sign and return any Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form presented. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

The Organiser is not responsible for prizes that are delayed or lost during transit. All prizes presented/mailed out will be deemed to have been received in good order and in perfect condition at the intended time. However, in the event that the prizes are lost or damaged, it will be dealt with by the management of the Organiser at its own discretion.

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be bound by the terms and waives any right to claim ambiguity against the promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

By participating, the Contestant agrees to accept the results unconditionally and shall not claim any liability against L’Oreal pertaining to the results.

The Organiser is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any entry that is late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or illegible due to problems with the telephone system, computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors.

The Organiser is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any material associated with this promotion.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or change, at its sole discretion, this promotion (without awarding the prizes) should a virus, bug or computer problems and other causes beyond our control corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of the promotion.

The Organiser retains the right to reject any entry without providing any notice or reason in advance.

In no event shall the Organizer be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Contest and/or the prizes, even if the Organizer have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

The Contestants will assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the prizes.

The Organizer does not warrant that the Contest shall be uninterruptible and/or error free. By participating in the Contest, the Contestants hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree that the Organizer shall not in any manner be liable for any interruption and/or any error arising from the Contest.

The Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or terminate this Contest or any part thereof without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.
