Recipient receives:

Young Humanitarian & Team Humanitarian
* A trophy;
* A certificate of acknowledgement; and
* RM20,000.00

* certificate of acknowledgement; and
* RM10,000.00

Lifetime Humanitarian
* a trophy;
* certificate of acknowledgement; and
* RM25,000.00

The winner of the Lifetime Humanitarian award will also receive an additional RM25,000 to be given to a charity or a charitable cause of choice which meets the approval of NSTP and PwC.

Nomination forms are handed-out to umbrella NGOs in the country, and are also available from the NSTP and PwC websites. For verification purposes, nominations must be accompanied by supporting documents e.g. articles, video clips, award certs to name a few.
