This “GIANT CHINESE NEW YEAR 2010 CONTEST” is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above except employees and immediate families of GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (The Organiser) and their advertising, promotion, event and PR agencies
This Contest begins 1st January 2010 and ends 28th February 2010 (Contest Period). The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period anytime.
For every minimum purchase worth RM 50 in a single receipt from any participating Giant outlet during the Contest period (Proof of Purchase), you are entitled to submit 1 (one) entry form. Each participant is entitled/eligible to submit more than 1 (one) entry form but each entry form must be accompanied with the Proof of Purchase.
To qualify, each entry form submitted, must be complete with the required details, correct answer to 2 (two) questions and 1 (one) slogan and must be accompanied by the required Proof of Purchase. Incomplete and/or illegible submitted entry form(s) and/or defective Proof of Purchase will be disqualified.
Each qualified entry form(s) submitted will be allocated 1 (one) serial number
Only participants whose names and I.C number submitted in the entry form may participate in the Contest. Eligibility of participation is non-transferrable. The participants will be contacted via telephone.

Peraduan ini bermula pada “1 Januari 2010″ dan berakhir pada “28 Febuari 2010″ ["Tempoh Peraduan"]. Pengajur berhak meminda Tempoh Peraduan pada bila-bila masa.
Bagi setiap pembelian sekurang-kurangnya bernila RM50 dalam satu resit dari mana-mana pasar raya Giant yang turut-serta sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan ["Bukti Pembelian"], anda layak menghantar 1 [satu] boring penyertaan.
