Up for grabs in the Malaysian category is the grand prize of a fiveday/ four-night return trip for two to San Francisco and a basket of Sunkist citrus.

A digital camera and a basket of Sunkist citrus will be given to five runners-up.

As part of the campaign, Sunkist will be running weekend mobile roadshows at shopping malls, hypermarkets, universities and colleges in the Klang Valley in March and April, with photo taking opportunities and online submission, and the chance to win exciting Sunkist premiums.

“We ’re proud to have developed one of the largest food brand names in the world, ” said Tim Lindgren, CEO of Sunkist Growers.

“People have been showing us their Sunkist Smiles for years because it’s a fun way to enjoy the fr uit.

“By turning this into an international event, we look forward to celebrating people around the world connecting with Sunkist.” Each year, millions of crates of citrus spanning 12 varieties are harvested in California and Arizona, and then shipped throughout the United States and abroad.

Crops are managed closely as growers, often third and fourth-generation small farmers, take great care year-round to nurture the land, pick fruit at its prime and then pack the fruits.

The Sunkist brand was first used in 1907 to promote and unify an emerging fruit co-operative formed by independent growers (known in the past as the Southern California Fruit Exchange and later became the California Fruit Growers Exchange).

In 1908, the Sunkist name captured the organisation ’s interest and was adopted as a trademark on boxes of premium quality fruit.

For more information visit http://www.sunkist.com.

Join Sunkist Growers’ global celebration commemorating “100 Years of Sunkist.”

Sunkist International Smiles Day, February 20, 2008, is the kick off of our 100 Years of Sunkist Photo Contest and continues to May 15, 2008.

FINALIST PRIZE: Five (5) runners up will each receive a Digital Camera and one month’s supply of Sunkist Citrus!

In addition, the winning “smile” photo will be prominently shown on the world-famous Reuters Sign in Times Square in the heart of New York City.

Adding to the excitement of commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Sunkist brand, Sunkist will celebrate and honor consumer participation by making a donation of $50,000 to Special Olympics, another brand known for creating joy and helping families stay active and healthy.

In celebration of 100 Years of the Sunkist brand, you are invited to submit a photograph of yourself online with a Sunkist Smile – an orange wedge in your mouth and a 25-40 word caption (140-230 characters) that communicates a reason why/how you enjoy Sunkist citrus.

o Legality
o Feasibility

Second round judging:

* The top 5 designers will be contacted through Flickr to submit all eligibility documents, including the high-resolution SVG design files via email.

* Voting is worldwide and open to everyone. You choose the winner!

Design Guidelines:
We’re looking for a unique, creative design that embodies the essence of Firefox 3. We know this is a challenging task, so here are some thoughts to help guide you:

General Concepts:

* We like to think that Firefox 3 will make the Web better and more enjoyable for its users. So, you could focus on themes that reflect the positive aspects of the Web as a whole (and perhaps show Firefox’s connection to them) - things like innovation, global community, collaboration, knowledge, fun, technology, etc.

Specific Concepts:

* You could also focus on any of the specific Firefox benefits as the basis for your concept. These include security, customization, “100% organic software”, performance, productivity and of course many more. See the Firefox messaging document for more inspiration.

We’d like to stress that your interpretation of the above themes (or any others) does not have to be literal. The back of the T-Shirt will contain the Firefox logo and the Get-Firefox URL, so on the front you’re free to be as abstract as you’d like. For example, you’re certainly welcome to use the Firefox logo again in your art on the front but it’s by no means mandatory. Our top priority is to find a great shirt design that in some way represents themes like the ones mentioned above. Be creative and have fun!
If you need to use the Firefox logo for your design, make sure to visit the materials page to download the logo and follow the Mozilla Foundation Trademark Policy.

Can I participate from anywhere around the world?

You can participate from just about anywhere in the world, but due to legal and logistical restrictions we do have some limitations on geographic eligibility. The Contest is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or 20 years of age in the case of Japan). Contest is void in Brazil, Puerto Rico, Province of Quebec(Canada), and where prohibited by law. Residents of Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Union of Myanmar are not eligible to participate. Residents of the United States between the ages of 13 and 17 years old are eligible to participate in the Contest but will be required to submit a signed parental consent form in order to collect any prizes won. Please see Section 4 of the Official Rules for full details on eligibility.

What is Flickr?

Flickr is a photo sharing website. Tagging allows you to group similar photos for viewing, Groups are created to form communities of shared interest and goals. Creating an account is free. For more information please visit: http://www.Flickr.com and make sure to check out the Flickr FAQ if you have more questions.

Do I have to use Adobe or Inkscape for my design?

Nope, Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape are only examples of SVG tools you may use for your design. You are welcome to use whatever program you are most comfortable with, but we do require that your design is created on a scalable vector graphics (SVG) program. If your design is selected as a finalist, you will need to submit the print-ready design file via email in order to qualify for the second round. Check out Section 8 and Section 10 of the Official Rules for more details.

Can I submit a design as a group?

Yes, you can collaborate with a design group. But one person must represent the group in the contest by creating a Flickr account for submitting their design. Submissions will be made using the same guidelines, through an active Flickr account and one set of prizes will be granted regardless of group size. You must decide how to split the rewards. You can submit more than one design, with or without a group, but only one design will be eligible for the second round. Please refer to Section 9 and Section 10 of the Official Rules for more details.

What happens to my design after I submit them?

Once designs are uploaded to your Flickr account, they must be tagged with the phrase “FF3 Tcontest” and added to the image pool of the contest group “FF3 T-Shirt Design Contest” in order to qualify as a ’submission’. All designs are reviewed by an internal team at Mozilla, and the top 5 designs that meet all criteria will proceed to the second round. Please refer to Section 8 and Section 10 of the Official Rules for more details.

Do I have to include the Firefox logo in my design?

No. The back of the T-Shirt will have the Firefox logo along with the Get-Firefox URL. You can certainly use the logo in the front design as well but it is by no means mandatory. You can be as creative or abstract as you like, as long as your design represents Firefox 3 in some way. If you are using the logo, make sure to visit the materials page to download the logo and follow the Mozilla Foundation Trademark Policy.

Can I include logos or information about competitors in my design?

No. Your design themes should be centered around the Internet/Web in general and/or in some way represent Firefox 3. For more details please refer to the section on Design Guidelines.

How are winners notified? How do I redeem my prize?

The 5 finalists are notified through their Flickr account. Therefore its important to have an active email account linked to your account. You have 5 days from the date of notification to respond with the necessary documents, including the print-ready SVG design file in order to qualify to round 2. Once the winners are announced, the winning designer and 4 runner ups will be notified via email with further instructions on how to redeem their prizes. Please refer to Section 9 and Section 10 of the Official Rules for more details.

Will I get credit for designing the T-shirt?

Of course! You will receive full design credits and your name will be included in the product page where the winning T-Shirt is featured in the Mozilla Store.

Does Amazon.com ship to my country?

Amazon.com accepts orders from many locations around the globe. View the section on international shipping on Amazon.com for more details. If Amazon.com does not ship to your location of residence, we will provide a substitute prize of equal value to use towards an equivalent service in your country.

Do I have to pay for anything?

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the contest.
