Redemption for Highlands Hotel room is open only to Genting WorldCard (Silver and above) members.

Redemption of room promotion is via Genting Points only. Partial payment via cash or credit card is strictly prohibited.

In order to enjoy the FREE room night stay in January, Genting WorldCard members would be required to prepay either 8 Genting Points (First World Hotel); 18 Genting Points (Resort Hotel) or 28 Genting Points (Highlands Hotel).

Room reservation for the stay period in March/April 2008 can only be made after the minimum Genting Points have been prepaid by the Genting WorldCard members and is subject to the existing tier pricing for the room rates or such other prevailing rates as determined by Resorts World Bhd.

Complimentary stay period is valid from 1st to 31st January 2008, and the prepaid room promotion’s utilisation / stay period is from 1st March until 30th April 2008.

The prepaid values allow multiple transactions for March / April rooms booking, provided there are sufficient valid Genting Points.

Purchase of rooms in March / April 2008 must be made before January 2008’s free room check-in date failing which, all prepaid values will be forfeited.

If the selected room rates in March / April 2008 is MORE than the prepaid value, Genting WorldCard members are required to top up the balance with their Genting Points.

If the selected room rates in March / April 2008 is LESS than the prepaid value, the balance will be forfeited.

Each member is entitled to a maximum of 3 transactions under this promotion provided always that the member has prepaid the minimum Genting Points for each transaction and have complied with the terms and conditions contained herein.

For the normal rates’ online booking, the period of stay is until 30th April 2008 while the booking period is until 31st March 2008.

The promotion will have a close-up period where there will be no rooms available during this period from 21st to 31st December 2007 and from 7th to 17th February 2008.

Each Genting WorldCard member is only allowed to book 01 room for a maximum of 03 nights stay on the Special Room Promotion rate as per check-in date. Subsequently for the second room booking, rates will be charged according to the normal Genting Point rate.

Guests are required to present their Genting WorldCard and confirmation reservation slip upon check-in at the hotel.

Rooms reservation is subject to room availability and on first-come-first-served basis.

Once reservation is confirmed, no amendment or cancellation will be entertained.

Payment made via Genting Points is non-refundable if the room reservation is cancelled or if the guest fails to check-in.

The room reservation is confirmed upon the issuance of a confirmation email and full payment of Genting Points. Genting WorldCard members should contact us through email at worldres@genting.com or call centre at +603-2718 1118 immediately if he / she fails to receive a confirmation email for any reasons whatsoever.

Member(s) who purchased the rooms via online must check-in on or before 6.00pm, failing which normal rates will apply. Appeals and complaints will not be entertained.

Should there be any discrepancy on the details in any of the above documents, the reservation shall be invalid and there shall be no refund.

The guest who have made the room reservation must be the same person who will be checking in. Checking in by proxy is not allowed.

Any alteration or amendment made on the original receipt will result in the same being considered null and void.
