DESCRIPTION:
1. This Autoworld Member-Get-Member [“the Campaign”] is organised by Autoworld.com.my Sdn. Bhd. [“Autoworld”]. The campaign is open to everyone above 21 years old as on 27th October 2008. However, only registered and activated member of Autoworld.com.my [“Members”] are eligible to get the freebies.
2. Members shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents arising from their participation in the Campaign and/or redemption of the prize and/or attending the race at Sepang.
3. Autoworld shall not be held liable for any signup or update that is incomplete or illegible due to problems such as computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors.
4. Autoworld reserves the rights to, at any time, vary, add or amend the Campaign mechanics (including the prize and discontinuing the Campaign) or any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
5. Autoworld shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Autoworld.
6. Autoworld reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Campaign in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Autoworld, despite the best efforts of Autoworld.

DURATION / CAMPAIGN PERIOD

7. This Campaign will run from 27 November 2008 to 16 November 2008 [“the Campaign Period”]. Autoworld reserve the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time. Signup or login and update outside of the Campaign Period will not qualify for this Campaign.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA

8. To participate in this Campaign the user must be a registered Autoworld Member. New user must sign-up a free account in Autoworld.com.my and complete the signup process by activating your account while the current registered members must login and update their registration details in Autoworld.com.my and refer 3 friends.
9. To be eligible to redeem the freebies, members must invite his/her 3 friends to sign-up as Autoworld Member and make sure all his/her friends has successfully signup and activated their account.
10. All members, both new and current can invite friends to participate in the Campaign.
11. Once you have completed the signup/login/update and referral of friends, you will be sent to a Confirmation Page where you will be assigned a unique code. Please print out this page and bring it for instant redemption at Autoworld / Jobstreet tent in Sepang International Circuit on 23 November 2008 during the A1GP race day.
12. Please refer to the privacy policy and the terms and conditions in this website, which will bind the members and users of the website.
13. The Campaign shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia. However, it shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of each members and winner to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subject.
14. Autoworld, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any member that is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign submission process, the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the web-site.
15. All entries which do not comply with any of the above mentioned specifications, requirements and the terms and conditions herein will be automatically disqualified.
