DESCRIPTION:
MSIG Samurai Sudoku Showdown is back! Students, win cash for yourself AND your school! Seniors, show the youngsters you’ve still got it! Families, put your heads together and win! Think you’re really good? Slash through the competition as an Individual and prove yourself the No. 1 Sudoku Samurai!

For MSIG, one of the largest general insurers in Asia, Japan and Malaysia, this year’s Showdown is about Balance. Giving more people a chance to excel. Balancing a youngster’s energy with a senior’s wisdom. Balancing a student’s workload with the chance to be school hero.

MSIG Samurai Sudoku Showdown 2008 is here!

This year’s Showdown is about Balance, the corporate theme of MSIG. If you have seen the MSIG TV commercial, you’d have heard about it…”Your world can be unstable. That’s why MSIG offers insurance solutions to help keep you balanced.”

This Sudoku Showdown is part of MSIG’s CSR campaign. (In case, you’re wondering, CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility.) It’s about giving back to society and making a difference in people’s lives.

This year’s Showdown has been organised to give more opportunities for more people to be a Sudoku Warrior. It is also about balancing a youngster’s energy with a senior’s wisdom and balancing a student’s anonymity with the chance to be a hero for his/her school.

When you REGISTER or check out PRIZES AND CONTEST VENUES, you’ll see that we have all new categories of Warriors.

If you are still in school (primary or secondary), you may join as a Student Warrior and win a cash prize for yourself AND your school, both as Regional and Grand Champion.

There’s an Individual Category that’s open to everyone 18 years old and above.

If you are 55 years old or more, you can join the battle as a Senior Warrior.

Finally, if you believe there’s strength in numbers, join the Family Category. You’d need 3 family members. They can be just you and both your parents or you, your sibling and a grandparent or whatever combination that enables your family to win…as long as there are 2 generations of your immediate family in your team.

YOU MAY NOT JOIN MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY.

Please read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS carefully as different rules apply for different categories.

Also, register early as only a limited number of Warriors will be conferred the honour to do battle.

Registration closes 17 October 2008.

May the Grids be with you.
