CME @ RAYA Contest Rules

HOW TO ENTER
Simply complete the entry form and upload your Raya Dedication video.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all who are Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia. The employees of TIME group of companies and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household are ineligible to enter the Contest.
Failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the Contestant from participating in the Contest.

DURATION
The Contest commences on 25th September 2008 and ends at 11:59pm on 21st October 2008 (”Contest Period”). Any entries entered after this time will not be considered. The Contest Administrator reserves the right to shorten and/or lengthen the duration of the actual Contest Period.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST
Contestants are required to fill in the entry form and upload the Raya Dedication video.

WINNERS SELECTION
Winners of the Contest will be selected by the Contest Administrator based on the most creative Raya Dedication video.

PRIZES
Prizes are subject to change without notice and are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

DECISION
The Contest Administrator’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

NOTIFICATION
The winners’ list will be posted on TIMENet Central on 27th October 2008 (i.e. http://www.cmetv.my). Simultaneously, winners will be notified via email and winners must be in contact with TIMENet (via telephone, email or fax) within 5 days after receiving the said notification. E-mail auto replies are not acceptable. If TIMENet does not receive a reply within 5 days from the said notification, the winner will be disqualified. The Contest Administrator shall, at its own discretion, select an alternate winner in the event of non-compliance of this Official Rules.

DISCLAIMERS
Contestants agree that the Contest Administrator, Contest Organizers and its respective agents shall not be is not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from you participating in the Contest due to computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the Prizes or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Contestants assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Contest, or the use or misuse of the Prize. TIMENet reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of TIMENet, corrupt the administration, security or proper registration of this Contest.

PUBLICITY
Contestants agree that all information will become the property of the Contest Organizers and may be used for marketing purposes by the Contest Organizers. The Contest Organizers fully reserves the right of such publications.
