RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. This is a Motoring Treasure Hunt. There will be 2
categories: (for all members of the public) &
(Members of the media)
2. Entry Fee is RM100 per pax for the Open category and
RM80 per pax for Closed. The fee includes the hunt and
one hi-tea only. This is a day hunt but organizers will
assist with special hotel rates at hosting hotel for those
who require accommodation upon request.
3. A Team shall be made up of minimum 2 persons to a
maximum of 4 persons. The Driver of the car should
possess a valid driving license and the car entered must
have valid road tax and insurance. The car must be also
deemed fit for travel.
4. Entry forms must be fully completed, and the fees paid
before it can be officially accepted as an entry. Entries
will be accepted henceforth and limited to the first 200
cars (open 150 & closed 50) on a first-come-first-serve
basis.
5. The briefing will be held on the morning of the hunt.
Participants will be duly informed of the time and venue.
6. The Route will be marked by ‘Tulips’ from start to finish.
The Clerk-Of-Course will explain in detail how tulips are
read during the briefing.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules /
change or postpone the date / or cancel the event if it is
deemed needful.
8. The decision of awarding prizes and points by the Judges
will be final.
9. All cheques are to be crossed and made payable to
Time Out Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Closing date is 10th oct 08
10. Note : Prizes for the hunt and lucky draw will be given out
according to the number of participants in each car.
11. No refund of paid entry fees is allowed but it is
transferable.
