1. Is this offer open all DiGi customers?
Yes, this offer is available to all DiGi customers except DiGi Business/Enterprise subscribers.

2. Can I reload at dealer outlets but redeem the cookies at Carrefour?
No. In order to redeem the free cookies, reloads must be performed at Carrefour check-out counters.

3. I am a Postpaid customer. When will I receive my vouchers?
You will receive them some time between mid-September and early October.

4. If I reload RM100 in a single receipt, does it mean I will get 5 boxes of cookies?
No. Each customer is only entitled to 1 box of cookies as the redemption is based on “1 box of cookies per receipt”.

1. This Cookies Redemption Coupon entitles you to redeem two (2) boxes of cookies.
2. Only original Coupons will be accepted for the free cookies redemption.
3. Coupons are neither transferable to any third party nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
4. The Coupons are valid until 31 October 2008 or while stocks last. If the Coupons remain unused after the validity period, they will be considered void.
5. Free cookies are subject to stock availability. DiGi may impose a daily limit on giveaways of free cookies.
6. The Customer’s account/line must be active (not barred or terminated) in order to redeem the free cookies.
7. If the Customer’s line is barred due to default in payment, the overdue amount must be settled in order to redeem the free cookies. If the line is barred because Credit Limit has been exceeded (billed and unbilled charges), the Customer must settle at least 75% of the Credit Limit in order to be eligible to redeem the free cookies.
8. DiGi is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen Coupons.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the Coupon cannot be used in association with other promotions offered by DiGi or its Partner.
10. Issuance of the Coupons does not constitute a booking or reservation of the cookies. Cookies are available while stocks last and DiGi reserves the right, without giving prior notice, to discontinue the offer.
