DESCRIPTION:
1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia and Brunei except employees and immediate families of Johnson & Johnson and their agencies.
2. All participating babies must be born on or after 31 August 2006.
3. Each entry must include the baby’s 2 most recent colour photographs in either 3R or 4R size. One should be a close-up shot of the baby’s face, the other a full-body shot.
4. All photographs submitted are non-returnable. Photographs of all the prize winners cannot be used in any publication or advertisement for baby products without the prior approval of Johnson & Johnson.
5. Johnson & Johnson reserves the right to use the names and photographs of winners for promotional and publicity purposes.
6. Participants may send in as many entries as they like. Photostat copies are allowed. Each entry must include the required proof-of-purchase (in the form of any Johnson’s Baby sales receipt of any amount).
7. Closing date for entries is 31 August 2008.
8. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
9. All finalists will be notified by post to attend the final “live” judging event.
10. Judges’ decisions are final. No appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
11. Results of the finals will be published in a major newspaper. Please note that all cash prizes will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit.
