Open to all residents of Malaysia except employees of Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd. and POWERBAR® Team Elite Members 2008/2009 batch.

You may submit as many as you like, however, incomplete submissions will not be entertained.

You can also mail or submit in person to: POWERBAR® Performance Nutrition Department, Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd., No. 4, Lorong Pesiaran Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Incentives must be collected within 30 days upon notification, from Nestlé House, No. 4, Lorong Pesiaran Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
For those outside of Klang Valley (addresses within Malaysia only), the costs of delivery will be borne by Nestlé. For delivery outside Malaysia, participants must make their own delivery arrangements.
