* The SMS Contest PS3 begins from February 1 - August 31 2008.

* The Contest is based on the Playstation 3 simple question.

* This contest is available in English language only.
* Players key in VVIP CONTEST JOIN to participate in contest.

* Upon successful registration, players will obtain 4 questions continuously after each session answer
* Players who answer each question correctly will be awarded 1 points.
* Players can check their ranking by sending sms VVIP RANK and send to 33886
* Players may participate in contest as many times as they wish.
* All points will be accumulated at the end of each contest round.

GENERAL SMS CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

* The Contest is open to Malaysian citizens only who are subscribers of prepaid and post-paid services of Maxis, DiGi and Celcom providing Short Messaging System (”SMS”) services (collectively referred to as “Participants”).

* To enter the Contest, participant must subscribe for the Contest by keying JOIN and sending it via SMS to 33886

* The participant will receive a total of FOUR (4) questions consecutively in each round. Upon completion of each round, the participant will receive notification message.

* All questions received are in English text, questions are both in objective and subjective or (yes/no).

* The participant who answers all 4 questions correctly under the fastest time will be selected as the winner.

* All reply answers MUST be in English text (for subjective questions).

* TOP 10 LIST winners will be shown upon request by sms.

* Employees of cims is not eligible for the contest.

* The Participants shall be permitted to participate in the Contest via the use of their mobile phones only.

* Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval before participating in the Contest.

* Where applicable, Participants must obtain consent from the bill payers before participating in the Contest. Payment shall be made irrespective of whether such charges were authorized by the bill payer. For the purposes herein the term “bill payer” shall mean the individual, company or entity specified in the registration or subscription form whose application for the relevant service has been approved and accepted by the service provider.

Contest Entries

* The Participants must ensure that their Contest entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible entries shall be disqualified.
* Proof of SMS sent by a Participant does not denote proof that the Organizer received the SMS.
* The Organizer reserves the right to reject any registration and/or entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
* Participants can send in as many Contest entries/SMS as they wish.
* During the Contest Period, Participants will be prompted to participate in the Contest via the various above the line media, print and press ads, flyers and also through SMS promotional campaigns.

Charges
———
* Each SMS received by the Participant will be subject to a premium charge of RM1.00 for each SMS (save for the automated �thank you� message and ranking chart message as may be requested by the Participant, which shall costs RM0.50 each respectively). Each SMS sent by the Participant will be subjected to the regular SMS charges as levied by the Participant�s respective telecommunication service provider..

Selection of Winners

* Contest winner will be chosen based on all correct answers (total 4 questions) with the fastest time. Example: 4/4 correct Time: 123.678sec.
* Should there be an event of a tie; the earliest entry for the particular entries will emerge as the winner.

Judging
———
* The Judge’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

* Notification of Contest Winners

* Contest winners will be notified by and telephone call to his/ her mobile phone for which the contact number shall be the number used by the Participant for submission of the answers. The Organizer reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest winners.

* Upon request, Contest winners will be required to give their contact details, NRIC number and any other details deemed necessary and relevant by the Organizer.

* The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Contest winner who does not provide the required details upon receiving the request/notification.

* The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to fulfil the delivery of prizes and Participants agree that the Organizer may provide all necessary information of Contest winners to such third party to facilitate such verification.

Contest Prizes
—————
* The Contest winner shall be responsible for all costs in connections with perfecting his/her prize.

* Prizes not won or unclaimed within 1 month upon request/notification shall be forfeited.

* Contest winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize(s) which must be claimed in person unless the Organizer advises otherwise. Photograph Identification must be produced (e.g. NRIC/driver�s license/passport which displays a photograph of the Contest winner).

* In special situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organizer, a Contest winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize. The representative must present written authorization from the Contest winner and photograph identification for both the Contest winner and their representative.

* In the event that a Contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organizer.

Prize Giving Ceremony

* In the event the Organizer has a prize giving ceremony, the Contest winners are required to attend at their own cost and expense to collect the prize. In the event the Contest winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony, the Contest winner must nominate a representative to be present at the prize giving ceremony to accept the prize on his/her behalf.

* Publicity

* The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

* Adherence to Contest Terms & Conditions
o In addition to these Terms and Conditions, instructions and methods of participating in the Contest, as set out by Cyber Intelligent Mobile Services or otherwise, shall also bind all Participants and their participation in the Contest.
o In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional material for this Contest, the terms contained herein shall apply.
o Failure to comply with the rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in the Participants being disqualified.
o By participating in this Contest, the Participant is taken to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions herein and shall adhere to all and/or any decisions made by the Organizer.

* Variation to the Terms & Conditions

o The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound to such changes.

Liability

The Organizer will not be responsible or liable for:

+ any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending a SMS as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating mobile phone operators and/or by the Organizer and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, the Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Participant to participate in the Contest at any time.
+ any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
+ any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

* The Contest is provided on an as is where is and where available basis. The Organizer will not be responsible and will not be liable if any entry is lost, late or undelivered due to any reason other than the sole negligence of the Organizer.

* These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Malaysian law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. The Organizers/ Contest judges have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any point.

* The Organizer, its partners and its sponsors shall not be held responsible for any late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software and program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or for problems in downloading SMS entries or for any other technical problems related to SMS entries.

* The Organizer and its sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by its subscribers or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest.

Disqualification

* The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the Organizer�s Website Terms of Use and Notices. No correspondence shall be entertained.

* Suspension

* The Organizer further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

* Inconsistencies

* These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and MALAY. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and MALAY versions, the English version shall prevail.
