Terms and Conditions

The “Citibank Card’s Introduce A Friend” programme is open to existing Citibank principal cardmembers (“Introducers”).

Introducers must refer new principle Citibank cardmembers (“Introducers”) to qualify for the gifts.

This programme runs from 3rd January 2008 to 30th April 2008. Complete applications attached with required documents must be received by Citibank by 30th April 2008. Any applications received 1st May 2008 onwards will not be eligible for this programme offer.

The gift you are entitled to depend on the total number of friends’ you introduce with principal card(s) is approved by 31st May 2008.

Only one gift per cardmember. Introducers with a total of 3 introducees and above will be rewarded with a maximum of 2 gifts.

Only principal Citibank credit card accounts that are valid and active until June 2008 are eligible for the gifts.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of gift from date of card approval. The gift will be sent from February 2008 onwards.

For the additional introducer gift with 3 introducees and above, the gift will be sent in June 2008 upon the programme is expired.

For any dispute or non-receipt of gift, you have to call Citiphone to launch an inquiry latest by 31st July 2008. No correspondence will be entertained after 31st July 2008.

In the event that 2 or more Introducers refer the same Introducees, the prize will be awarded to the Introducer whose Introducee’s application was approved first.

Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to this programme is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

Citibank reserves the right to replace the promotional item with another gift of similar value without prior notice.

Please note that actual color of each model featured in this programme may differ from illustration depending on stock availability.

Citibank reserves the right to vary, add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any of Citibank’s ongoing promotions.

By participating in the programme, participants agree to bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions of Citibank to disclose their particulars to third party service providers engaged by Citibank for the purposes of this programme, if any.

In the event that there is a discrepancy between the English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English version shall prevail.
