Term & Conditions

1. This contest is valid only in Malaysia from 21 March 2008 – 25 April 2008 or while the Pizza Hut Italiano Peel & Win contest cards last, whichever comes first.
2. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, except for employees and immediate family members of Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd., their business partners, affiliated companies, contest agency, public relations agency, advertising agency and other parties involved in this contest.
3. This contest is not valid in Pizza Hut Restaurants at Genting, KLCC and Pavillion.
4. Purchase any Pizza Hut Italiano ala carte menu items and/or combo worth RM30 and above OR any other Pizza Hut ala carte menu items and/or combo worth RM38 and above in a single receipt to receive one (1) Pizza Hut Italiano Peel & Win Contest card from any Pizza Hut outlet in Malaysia. One (1) receipt is entitled to one (1) contest card only.
5. Only original Pizza Hut Italiano Peel & Win Contest cards with valid security codes will be accepted. Claims will not be entertained if the Pizza Hut Contest card is found to be altered, modified or damaged. Incomplete, damaged, illegible, fraudulent, late entries and/or entries without required proof of purchase will be disqualified.

7. There will be 12 Pizza Hut Italiano Peel & Win Contest cards which will qualify 12 finalists to the Grand Prize Challenge round. In the Grand Prize Challenge round, finalists must make themselves present for a challenge to determine the winners where two (2) finalists will win the Grand Prize, five (5) will win the Runner-up Prize and the remaining five (5) finalists will win the Consolation Prize. Expenses and/or costs incurred by a finalist for such attendance shall be borne by the finalist.
8. Prizes:

9. One winner is entitled to win only one (1) Grand Prize or one (1) Runner-up Prize or one (1) Consolation Prize.
10. All contest cards must be submitted for redemption and/or contest. These cards will be the property of Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd.
11. All entries must be accompanied by the proof of purchase – Pizza Hut original receipt which must include any Pizza Hut Italiano ala carte menu items and/or combo worth RM30 and above OR any other Pizza Hut ala carte menu items and/or combo worth RM38 and above purchased between 21 March 2008 – 25 April 2008 (both dates inclusive).
12. This contest is valid with cash and credit card purchases only (excluding free vouchers issued by Pizza Hut) for dine-in, take-away and/or delivery orders at Pizza Hut restaurants.
13. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to end the contest at any time during the contest period.
14. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of the same value, without giving prior notice. All prizes are not transferable and/or exchangeable for cash.
15. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to use the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time. The winners may be required to attend the prize giving ceremony and/or participate in publicity programmes.
16. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd., all its business partners and other parties involved in this contest, including their directors, officers and/or agents are not liable in any way for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred for taking part in this contest; b) any sort of technical failure; c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the contest; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of contest and processing of entries; e) any entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received.
17. All Prize Winners are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this contest and/or from the redemption of prizes. By accepting or collecting any prize, the winner agrees to indemnify Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn. Bhd., all its business partners, and/or other parties related to this contest, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgement, damage, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the contest, or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of any prize.

19. By participating in this contest, participants agree to adhere strictly to the terms & conditions of this contest. All decisions made by the judges and organiser are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
