Terms & Conditions:
1. The CIMB Bank Berhad (13491-P) (“CIMB”) “[Eat & Win RM200 KFC Vouchers contest]” (the “Contest”) shall commence on
17 December 2007 and end on 24 February 2008 (both dates inclusive) (the “Contest Period”). Cardmembers are eligible to win
KFC vouchers (the “Prize”).
2. The Contest is open to all CIMB, Southern Bank Berhad (“SBB”) and Direct Access MasterCard cardmembers. The following
persons shall NOT be eligible for the Contest:-
a. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of CIMB and Direct Access Division (a division of CIMB Bank Behad)
(“Direct Access”) (including their subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members;
b. Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of KFC Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. (including their subsidiaries and related
companies); and
c. Representative and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of CIMB and Direct Access and their immediate
family members.
3. The Contest is divided into 10 weekly contests (the “Weekly Contest”) with the:-
a. First Weekly Contest commencing on 17 December 2007 and ending on 23 December 2007;
b. Second Weekly Contest commencing on 24 December 2007 and ending on 30 December 2007;
c. Third Weekly Contest commencing on 31 December 2007 and ending on 6 January 2008;
d. Fourth Weekly Contest commencing on 7 January 2008 and ending on 13January 2008;
e. Fifth Weekly Contest commencing on 14 January 2008 and ending on 20January 2008;
f. Sixth Weekly Contest commencing on 21 January 2008 and ending on 27January 2008;
g. Seventh Weekly Contest commencing on 28 January 2008 and ending on 3 February 2008;
h. Eighth Weekly Contest commencing on 4 February 2008 and ending on 10 February 2008;
i. Ninth Weekly Contest commencing on 11 February 2008 and ending on 17 February 2008; and
j. Tenth Weekly Contest commencing on 18 February 2008 and ending on 24 February 2008.
4. Eligible Transactions:-
Minimum spending of RM30.00 in a single receipt at any participating KFC restaurants during the relevant Weekly Contest
period and posted to the cardmember’s CIMB, SBB or Direct Access MasterCard account, as the casemay be, not later than
five (5) days from the date of the retail spending transaction. Cardmembers are advised to view the updated list of participating
KFC restaurants at the following websites:-

5. There are no Contest entry forms to be completed for this Contest. The Eligible Transactions will be selected at any time after
the closing date of each Weekly Contest to determine the winner for the Prize. Fifty (50) cardmembers will be randomly selected
from the Eligible Transactions. Selected cardmembers will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by CIMB, by telephone
via the telephone number available in the records of CIMB at that particular time to answer a pre-determined question. The
first fifty (50) selected cardmembers who answer the pre-determined question correctly will each win the Prize. If any selected
cardmember is not able to answer the pre-determined question correctly, CIMB reserves the right to select another cardmember
from the remaining Eligible Transactions to answer the pre-determined question for the Prize. If any cardmember who for whatever
reason neglect or fail to answer the telephone call from CIMB, CIMB reserves the right not to allow the cardmember to claim the
Prize. In such an instance, another cardmember will be selected to win the Prize following the selection process herein.
6. Cardmembers who have won a Prize are not eligible to win further prizes in the same Weekly Contest. However, the cardmembers
are eligible for subsequent Weekly Contest.
7. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher and such other terms and conditions as may be
specified by KFC Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd. from time to time.
8. The Prizes will be sent by courier to the address of the winners at the mailing address available in the records of CIMB at that
particular time.
9. CIMB shall not be responsible to the selected cardmembers for all loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss
flowing therefrom) and damage suffered in the event the telephone number and/or address stated in its records is not current
or correct or the Prize is not received by the cardmember or is confiscated from the cardmember for any reason whatsoever.
There shall be no replacement for loss or damaged Prize.
10. Cardmember’s credit card account must be in good standing and the cardmember must not be in breach of any of the terms
and conditions contained in the CIMB or Direct Access credit card agreement. Otherwise, CIMB may, at its sole and absolute
discretion, disqualify the cardmember from the Contest and reserve the right not to allow the cardmember to claim the Prize.
11. CIMB reserves the right to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs
of the winners for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate.
12. CIMB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt,
cancellation, termination or suspension by CIMB of the Contest shall not entitle the cardmembers or the prize winners to any
claim or compensation against CIMB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the cardmembers or the prize
winners as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
13. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in
any other promotional materials advertising the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy
between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms
and Conditions shall prevail.
14. CIMB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute
or replace the Prize from time to time without any prior notice.
15. The decision of the judges is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.

5. 2. This contest is open to all registered Sunway World Club online members who are Malaysia citizens, aged 18 and above. All Sunway employees, their family members and other agencies / organizations dealing with Sunway are not eligible to participate in the contest. Failure to provide true and accurate information will automatically disqualify the contestants from participating in the contest.

3. All entries must be submitted online. Contestants can play as many times as possible but only ONE time of score submission is allowed. However, once the score submitted, contestants are NOT ALLOWED to participate in the online game contest.

4. Winners are selected based on the highest number of points collected during the entire game. In the event of tie-breaker, participant with earlier entry submission will be selected.
5. Contestants who do not follow the contest rules and regulations or participated in the contest via own written scripts or public available tools will be disqualified and blacklisted.
6. The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
7. Sunway reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the above terms and conditions at any time withour prior notice.
8. All winners will be notified via email. Please ensure all e-mail addresses submitted are valid. Winners must be in contact with Sunway admin (via phone or email) within 7 days upon receiving the notification email.
