DESCRIPTION:
1. The “Mid-Year Games Promo” (“the Promotion”) is only applicable to DiGi TELECOMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD (Company No. 201283-M) (“DiGi”) subscribers who have downloaded the game successfully. This Promotion starts from 1st June 2007 until 30th June 2007 and/or any such period as determined by DiGi (“Promotion Period”).
# 2. The following persons shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Promotion: Permanent, contract and/or temporary employees of DiGi (including its subsidiaries and related affiliates).
3. The Promotion is open to all DiGi subscribers except to those mentioned in Item 2 above (“the Participants”).
4. Each unique mobile number is allowed to download Gameloft games once every three (3) days to a particular mobile phone throughout the activation period of that particular mobile number and any subsequent re-download within that same three (3) days will receive an error message.
5. For games other than Gameloft games, each unique mobile number is allowed to download the games once only to a particular mobile phone throughout the activation period of that particular mobile number and any subsequent re-download will receive an error message.
6. DiGi does not warrant that the Promotion will be uninterruptible and/or error free.
7. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree that DiGi shall not in any manner be liable for any interruption and/or error arising from the Promotion.
8. Each winning MSISDN is only eligible to win one prize. The mobile number must be active at time of notification on prize collection.

# 1 X Sony Ericsson W880i
# 1 X Nokia 5700
10. The winners may be governed by a separate terms and conditions imposed by the sponsors and/or from any other third party from which the prizes are procured.
11. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
12. DiGi and/or the sponsors reserve the sole and absolute right to substitute the prize with an item of equal value without giving prior notice to the Participant.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiGi and the sponsors hereby expressly excludes and disclaims any representation, warranty or endorsement, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the prizes.
14. Each MSISDN is only entitled to win one prize throughout the Promotion Period.
